Return & Refund Policy
At Elirelle, we are dedicated to providing the highest level of service to our valued customers. We take pride in the quality of our handcrafted garments and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you find any quality issues with your order upon arrival, please contact our Customer Service team immediately.
Important Note: You must contact us at support@elirelle.com to initiate a return or exchange request. Any items returned to us without prior contact and approval will not be processed for a refund or exchange.
1. Cancellation Policy
Our dresses are Made-to-Order. As soon as payment is confirmed, the tailoring process begins. This means that labor and material costs are incurred immediately. To request a cancellation, please email us within the specified timeframes:
- Within 24 hours of order confirmation: You are eligible for a Full Refund (including shipping).
- Within 24–72 hours of order confirmation: You are eligible for a 70% Product Price Refund and a 100% Shipping Cost Refund.
- After 72 hours of order confirmation: You are eligible for a 50% Product Price Refund and a 100% Shipping Cost Refund, as production is already underway.
- Once shipped: Orders cannot be cancelled. (You may initiate a return upon receipt, if the item is eligible).
If you need to change any order information (e.g., size or color), please reply to your order confirmation email within 24 hours of payment. Requests for changes after production has started will be addressed through direct communication and may incur additional costs.
2. Return Policy
① For Standard Size Orders
If the item you received is damaged, defective, or wrongfully shipped, please provide clear photo or video proof. We will happily offer a replacement or a full refund, including shipping and rush fees (if applicable).
If you wish to return a standard-size item because you are unsatisfied or have changed your mind, please contact us within 14 calendar days of delivery. In this case, original shipping and rush fees are non-refundable. Additionally, the return shipping costs (including any applicable customs duties and VAT) will be the responsibility of the customer.

הפריטים הבאים אינם ניתנים להחזרה בהחלט:

- שמלות בצבע מותאם אישית
- שמלות בסגנון מותאם אישית
- פריטים במכירה סופית
דרישת מצב:
כדי להיות זכאים להחזרה, הפריט חייב להיות לא נשטף, לא נלבש, לא שונה, לא פגום, נקי ובמצבו המקורי. התגים המקוריים, התוויות (כולל תוויות עור, אם יש) והאריזה (מילוי מגן) חייבים להיות עדיין מחוברים ושלמים. לא יתקבלו החזרות עבור פריטים עם סימני בלאי ברורים, שינויים, תגים חסרים או התקן נגד גניבה שהוסר. אלירלה שומרת לעצמה את הזכות לסרב להחזרות לא מורשות.
4. כיצד להתחיל החזרה
- שלחו בקשת החזרה בדואר אלקטרוני ל- support@elirelle.com תוך 14 ימים מקבלת ההזמנה שלכם.
- צרפו תמונות ברורות או הוכחות וידאו המציגות את הבעיה (למשל, בעיות איכות, נזק במשלוח, טעויות בגודל/סגנון/צבע).
- לאחר שאישור הבקשה שלכם יינתן, צוות שירות הלקוחות שלנו יאמת את המקרה ויספק לכם כתובת החזרה מדויקת וייחודית והוראות משלוח מפורטות. אנא אל תשלחו את החבילה חזרה לכתובת המופיעה באתר שלנו או על החבילה, שאינה כתובת ההחזרה שלנו.
- שלחו את הפריט בחזרה במצבו ובאריזתו המקורית. עליכם לשלוח לנו את מספר המעקב של חבילת ההחזרה, שכן לא נוכל לסדר החזר כספי ללא מידע זה.
- אתם אחראים לתשלום דמי המשלוח והמיסים עבור החזרת החבילה מכתובתכם אלינו.
5. מדיניות החזרות והחלפות
עיבוד החזר:
לאחר שקיבלנו ובדקנו את הפריט שהוחזר, ההחזר יעובד תוך 7 ימי עסקים. החזר מלא, כולל דמי משלוח מקוריים ודמי משלוח דחוף, יינתן במקרים של נזק, פגם או משלוח שגוי מאומתים. ההחזר יזוכה לאמצעי התשלום המקורי שלכם. בהתאם למוסד הפיננסי שלכם, ייתכן שייקח 1-7 ימי עסקים עד שהכספים יופיעו בחשבונכם.
אם ההחזרה נגרמת על ידי הצרכן, הצרכן יהיה אחראי לדמי המשלוח. התשלום הספציפי יתבסס על חברת השליחויות שתבחרו.
אם מסיבות שלנו, הסחורה שהתקבלה פגומה או לא נכונה, והצרכן אינו נדרש לשאת בדמי המשלוח מסיבה זו.

6. הערה על עבודת יד
מאחר שגזרות אלירלה תפרו ביד והותאמו אישית, שימו לב כי המוצר המוגמר עשוי להשתנות בכ-אינץ' אחד (1) בכיוון כלשהו מהמידות שציינתם. אנו מבקשים את הבנתכם שהבדל קל זה הוא תוצאה טבעית של תהליך המדידה והתפירה הידני.
