Essential Notices
- Limitations of Liability: Elirelle disclaims financial or legal custody for arrival delays stemming from incomplete addresses provided during check-out, unyielding customs delays, or sovereign force majeure acts (including severe climate variations or carrier strikes).
- Transit Disruption: Should your outer packaging arrived heavily compromised or structurally torn by the courier, please refuse to sign or accept the delivery and signal our concierge immediately.
- Claim Protocols: Any loss, theft, or damage assertions must be filed within 60 days of the documented milestone delivery date. Legitimate queries will be verified and resolved decisively within 180 days.
