At Elirelle, we are dedicated to providing the highest level of service to our valued customers. We take pride in the quality of our handcrafted garments and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you find any quality issues with your order upon arrival, please contact our Customer Service team immediately.
Important Note: You must contact us at support@elirelle.com to initiate a return or exchange request. Any items returned to us without prior contact and approval will not be processed for a refund or exchange.
1. Cancellation Policy
Our dresses are Made-to-Order. As soon as payment is confirmed, the tailoring process begins. This means that labor and material costs are incurred immediately. To request a cancellation, please email us within the specified timeframes:
- Within 24 hours of order confirmation: You are eligible for a Full Refund (including shipping).
- Within 24–72 hours of order confirmation: You are eligible for a 70% Product Price Refund and a 100% Shipping Cost Refund.
- After 72 hours of order confirmation: You are eligible for a 50% Product Price Refund and a 100% Shipping Cost Refund, as production is already underway.
- Once shipped: Orders cannot be cancelled. (You may initiate a return upon receipt, if the item is eligible).
If you need to change any order information (e.g., size or color), please reply to your order confirmation email within 24 hours of payment. Requests for changes after production has started will be addressed through direct communication and may incur additional costs.
2. Return Policy
① For Standard Size Orders
If the item you received is damaged, defective, or wrongfully shipped, please provide clear photo or video proof. We will happily offer a replacement or a full refund, including shipping and rush fees (if applicable).
If you wish to return a standard-size item because you are unsatisfied or have changed your mind, please contact us within 14 calendar days of delivery. In this case, original shipping and rush fees are non-refundable. Additionally, the return shipping costs (including any applicable customs duties and VAT) will be the responsibility of the customer.
② For Custom Fit & Custom Color Orders
Customized dresses are made exclusively for you according to your unique measurements and specifications. Therefore, we are unable to accept returns for custom fit, custom color, or custom style dresses for any reason other than a mistake made by Elirelle. If you receive a customized item that is damaged, defective, or mis-shipped, please email us with clear proof. We will promptly review your request and follow up with a resolution, which may include a refund or a hassle-free replacement.
3. Return Conditions
All return requests must be issued within 14 days of the item's arrival to you. The 14-day period includes weekends. Returns will not be accepted after this 14-day window.

Condition Requirement:
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unwashed, unworn, unaltered, undamaged, clean, and in its original condition. The original tags, labels (including leather labels, if any), and packaging (protective filling) must still be attached and intact. Returns will not be accepted for any items with obvious signs of wear, alterations, missing tags, or a removed anti-shoplifting device. Elirelle reserves the right to refuse unauthorized returns.
4. How to Initiate a Return
- Submit a return request via email to support@elirelle.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Include clear photos or video evidence showcasing the issue (e.g., quality issues, shipping damage, size/style/color errors).
- Once your request is approved, our Customer Service team will verify your case and provide you with a unique, accurate Return Address and detailed shipping instructions. Please do not send your package back to the address on our website or on the package, which is not our return address.
- Ship the item back in its original condition and packaging. You must send us the Tracking Number of your return package, as we cannot arrange a refund without this information.
- You are responsible for paying the shipping and tax fees for returning the package from your address to us.
5. Refund & Exchange Policy
Refund Processing:
After we have received and inspected your returned item, the refund will be processed within 7 business days. A full refund, including original shipping and rush fees, will be provided for confirmed damaged, defective, or wrongful shipping cases. The refund will be credited back to your original payment method. Depending on your financial institution, it may take 1-7 business days for the funds to appear in your account.
If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or mis-shipped by Elirelle. For exchange requests, please email us at support@elirelle.com.
6. Note on Handcraftsmanship
As Elirelle dresses are hand-sewn and custom-tailored, please note that the finished garment may vary by approximately one (1) inch in either direction from your specified measurements. We kindly ask for your understanding that this slight difference is a natural result of the manual measurement and sewing process.

Beautiful color and the beading is secure. Shipping was fast.
Wore this to a Venetian-style masquerade charity ball and the drama of the train and one-shoulder neckline matched the theme perfectly. The teal looked moody and elegant under candlelight. pear-shaped, and the dress skimmed over my hips without clinging. The inner corset-style boning gave great shape.
The dress is beautiful but the one-shoulder edge kept slipping down on my right side all evening. I ended up using two-sided fashion tape and it held. Not a dealbreaker but annoying. The beading is substantial and the slit moves well. I'm a US 4, broad shoulders, and the fit through the bodice was great. Just plan on taping.
I don't usually spend this much on a dress, but I had a milestone birthday and wanted something memorable. This delivered. The attached tulle drape on the one side creates such a dramatic line. I'm 5'3" and had to take several inches off the hem- budget for that. The tailor said the construction was solid and easy to alter.
I should have read the reviews more carefully -the dress is more of a blue-green aqua than a deep teal. It's still gorgeous and worked for my event, but if you're looking for a dark emerald-teal this isn't it. Beading quality is excellent. The 3D flowers are a lovely shade match. Fit true to size. Slight color disappointment knocked a star off.

I've spent more on gowns that looked worse. The beading is securely attached (I bent down multiple times and nothing fell off), the lining is soft, and the color is true to the website. The floral pieces are sewn on firmly. Only minor issue: the underarm area was a little scratchy - I added a snap-in bra liner. Otherwise a solid 4 stars.
The 3D flowers are even more detailed in person. Stunning.
Competed in a state preliminary pageant and won evening gown preliminary in this. The beading catches stage light incredibly well-the judges commented on how the teal stood out against my skin tone. The one-shoulder design elongates the neck. I'm a US 6, 5'7" with 3-inch heels, and the train flowed beautifully when I walked. Couldn't be happier.
This dress has real weight to it. It feels expensive and well made.
Loved the color and beading, but the leg slit comes up to mid-thigh on me (I'm 5'8"). It's still within a reasonable range for a formal gown, just more daring than the photos suggest. I wore fashion tape to be safe. The 3D flowers on the shoulder are a nice touch. Sizing: I'm a US 8 and it was snug through the ribcage. Consider sizing up.
The tulle cape panel on one side adds movement. I felt like a fairy tale character.
My daughter wore this to her junior prom and she looked like a Disney princess. The teal color is unique- not the usual black or red. The one-shoulder neckline shows off her collarbones and the side slit was tasteful. She's 5'5", 115 lbs, size 2, and the mermaid cut fit her athletic build. The sheer panel with the attached train in the photo? It's actually a separate inner skirt - very well constructed.
The leg slit is quite high. Be ready for it to show more leg than expected.

Teal is hard to find in formal gowns and this shade is rich and jewel toned. The 3D flowers are a nice touch.
I was worried the floral dress would look cheap or plastic, but they're crafted from layered tulle and silk organza， they have dimension and move beautifully. I wore this to a midnight themed gala and the teal blue stood out beautifully against all the black and gold gowns. The one shoulder strap has a 3D floral detail that is handmade and textured. The beading is heavy and dense along the bodice and the slit skirt has a flowing tulle overlay. I am 5 foot 8 and the length was perfect with heels. The slit makes it easy to walk and dance. The 3D flowers are attached securely and did not droop during the event. This is the most complimented dress I have ever owned.
