1. Delivery Timeline Overview
Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time
Processing Time: The time required to manufacture, quality-check, and package your items before shipment.
- Regular items: 1–7 business days
- Custom-made items: 7–10 business days
Shipping Time: The transit time from our warehouse to your delivery address.
Business Days Definition: Monday to Friday, excluding weekends, public holidays, and official factory holidays. All processing and shipping times are calculated based on business days only.
2. Order Processing Rules
All our garments are carefully handmade and quality-inspected to ensure premium quality. Our standard processing timeline is as follows:
• Regular Products: 1–7 business days
• Custom & Personalized Products: 7–10 business days
Order Cut-off Time: 11:00 PM (GMT-8, Pacific Standard Time).
Orders placed after the cut-off time, on weekends, or on public holidays will start processing on the next available business day.

4. Total Delivery Time Summary

All Elirelle garments are carefully handcrafted and quality-checked in our professional design and production studio in China. We ship directly from our factory to deliver high-quality handmade dresses with optimal cost efficiency.
5. Shipping Fees
We offer flat-rate shipping and free shipping thresholds for all global regions:
• Standard Shipping: $12.90 for orders under $119.00
• Free Standard Shipping: Available for all orders $119.00 and above
• Expedited Shipping: Flat rate of $25.90 for all orders
Note: Remote regions may require additional shipping surcharges. The final shipping fee will be displayed automatically at checkout before payment.
6. Shipping Restrictions
We ship to most countries worldwide. Currently, we do not deliver to remote islands, restricted territories, or regions without available tracking logistics.

7. Tracking, Customs & Delivery Policy
Order Tracking: Once your package is dispatched, you will receive an email with your official tracking number. You may track your shipment via 17track.net or your local courier’s official website.
Customs & Import Duties: International orders may be subject to local customs duties, taxes, or clearance fees upon arrival. These fees are the sole responsibility of the buyer based on local import regulations.
Address Accuracy: Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping addresses. Elirelle is not liable for misdelivery caused by incorrect or incomplete customer address information.
Damaged or Lost Packages: If you receive a damaged item or encounter delivery exceptions, please contact our support team immediately for assistance.
Customs Delays: We are not responsible for delays caused by local customs clearance procedures.
