Refund & Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with Elirelle. This Return & Refund Policy applies to all purchases made on our website. By placing an order, you agree fully to the terms below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns for unused, unwashed, undamaged items with all original tags still attached within 30 calendar days of delivery.

Final Sale Items: All custom-made, personalized, size-customized, and made-to-order dresses are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Due to the handmade nature of our products, each custom item is uniquely produced according to customer specifications.

2. Non-Returnable Cases

We do not accept returns under the following conditions:

 Items worn, washed, altered, stained, or damaged by the customer

 Items without original tags, packaging, or accessories

 Customized or personalized products

 Items returned after the 30-day return window

 Clearance or promotional final-sale items

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support at support@elirelle.com with your order number and reason for return. Do not send returns without official authorization from our team.

Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with return instructions and a return shipping address. Items sent without approval will not be processed.

4. Return Shipping Fees

Customer’s Responsibility: Return shipping fees are paid by the customer unless the item is defective, damaged upon arrival, or shipped incorrectly by our team.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

5. Inspection & Refund Processing

All returned items will undergo strict quality inspection after arrival at our warehouse.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. The arrival time of funds depends on your bank or payment provider’s processing speed.

If your return fails inspection, we will not issue a refund and may send the item back to you at your cost.

6. Damaged & Defective Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours after delivery with photos or videos of the issue. We will offer a free replacement or full refund based on verification results.

7. Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled for a full refund before processing begins.

Once production or processing has started for regular or custom items, orders cannot be canceled. Custom orders cannot be modified or canceled after confirmation due to handmade production arrangements.
